As an accomplished educator and musician with over 25 years of experience, Heather inspires a deep appreciation for music in her students. She is a recognized expert in piano performance and pedagogy, known for developing innovative teaching strategies and tailored curricula that ensure optimal student progression.

A former Artist Faculty at the prestigious Westminster Conservatory of Music in Princeton, New Jersey, Ms. Atagan has also performed at iconic stages such as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts. Her distinctions include the Arthur B. Judson Scholarship Award and a published article in the American Music Teacher national journal. She is an active member of the Music Teachers National Association and its state and local affiliates, and is involved with the Royal Conservatory of Music and Associated Board of Royal Schools of Music.
